Can you bill Medicare for me?
Yes, SpinLife can file the paperwork with Medicare. First, you complete the purchase with SpinLife and pay by check or credit card. Then you send your prescription for the item and other applicable paperwork to our Medicare specialist. We then file the claim with Medicare. Medicare will reimburse you directly if you qualify. Will Medicare pay for my hospital bed or mattress?
Medicare pays for hospital beds as rental items.� Since we only have them available for purchase, a hospital bed purchased from SpinLife would not be covered by Medicare.��If a denial is needed for your secondary insurance, we would be happy to submit the billing for you.

Is shipping free?
Yes, if your order is over $50 it will ship for free. (Orders over $50 always ship for free everyday at SpinLife.)

What if something goes wrong with my hospital bed?
SpinLife is here to support you throughout the life of your purchase.� We honor all manufacturers warranties.� If you run into trouble, give us a call and we will get it taken care of.

What if I want to return my hospital bed?
SpinLife wants you to completely satisfied with your purchase.� If it arrives and it is not what you thought or does not meet your needs, you are free to return it as long as it is in new condition and the original packaging.� The only thing we require is that you pay freight to return the purchased item. Make your choice carefully, hospital beds are heavy so the freight costs to return them can be expensive. Please see our Return Policy for complete details.
