The Natural-Fit is a uniquely designed wheelchair handrim that maximizes the fit between the user’s hand and the rim. The Natural-Fit comes in two pieces: The contoured thumb area and the oval component. It is the combination of these two components that gives the Natural-Fit its unique ability to provide a superior gripping surface, a place to rest your thumb and dual surfaces for propulsion and braking. 

Natural-Fit vs. Natural-Fit LT
Both of these handrims have an oval profile, however the Natural-Fit is a larger profile and offers 80% more surface area for gripping than a standard handrim. The Natural-Fit LT offers a smaller gripping surface and a lighter weight at only 1.2 lbs. each handrim. The LT is best for those with smaller hands due to the smaller gripping surface.

Grip Options
Both the Natural-Fit and Natural-Fit LT feature the Standard Grip with the option to upgrade to the Super Grip. The Standard Grip has a powder coat on the thumb piece for a low friction surface. The Super Grip uses an advanced copolymer coating on the grip that provides a higher friction surface on the thumb piece for a grippier propulsion surface.
