Golden lift chairs ship fully assembled on a wooden pallet. You’ll need to remove the shipping carton and protective plastic wrapping from the chair. It’s usually best to have two people lift the chair off the wooden pallet and into the home. There will be a few twist ties around the power cords and remote cable to remove.

You can consider opting for our White Glove Delivery service if you need help with carrying, unpacking, or assembling your new lift chair. With this option, certified technicians will deliver the lift chair, assemble it, and ensure it's fully operational and ready for immediate use

You have the option to choose a service plan for an additional charge. While you are covered by a service contract, if you experience a problem with your lift chair , simply call SpinLife to arrange for a technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair.
